In 1990, ITC Group began to make strategic investments in China. Its business scope covers faucets, shower rooms, ceramics, building materials hardware, industrial real estate, photovoltaic power generation, trade, etc. The investment location is in Guangdong, Anhui, Zhejiang and other industries with obvious industrial characteristics. In 2002, in order to further promote the strategic plan of entering the Chinese market, ITC Group purchased 280,000 square meters of land in Hangzhou Bay New Zone, Ningbo, China, and built the China Ningbo Europe Industrial Park, which has enabled Spain's technology and design to be more widely transferred in China's production base, and has laid a solid foundation for the development of its brands in the Chinese market. The park has a total investment of more than 70 million US dollars and more than 1,500 employees.
The ITC Group includes 8 entities, which are divided into four parts: Integrated Management Center, Asset Management and Control Center, Manufacturing Center and Marketing Center.
The Integrated Management Center is mainly responsible for company administration, human resources, operation supervision and improvement of the companies of ITC Group and also industrial property rental of Ningbo European Industrial Park. It also provides property management and logistics support services for enterprises that come to invest within the park.
The Asset Management and Control Center is mainly responsible for strengthening the management and services of ITC Group's subsidiaries and departments involved in asset management and control promotion, carrying out supervision, inspection and promotion of various tangible assets of various companies and departments, conducting internal audits according to the requirements of ITC Group and proposing improvement programs and taking the programs into implementation for the found problems.
The Manufacturing center is responsible for the production and sale of Spanish BOET brand products, including: hardware faucets, shower rooms, jacuzzi, ceramic sanitary ware, bathroom cabinets, hardware accessories, etc. The brand is founded by Sr. FELIU BOET COMAS in Barcelona, Spain in 1928. After around 100 years’ development, it entered the Chinese mainland market through cooperation with ITC Group in 2001, opened a Chinese branch and set up design center.
The Marketing Center is divided into two major segments: domestic sales and international sales. Domestic sales mainly provide engineering integrated sanitary sales and installation services for many well-known hotels, hospitals, schools, clubs, villas and hardcover apartment projects. International sales mainly provide comprehensive services to professional customers in the building materials industry such as purchasing, warehousing, logistics and export.
